eBlueCoupons, LLC and Gary M. Gordon, LLC, may also be referred to in the following as the Company; and the business or company that is receiving services from the Company is referred to as the Client., The following are the complete terms, policies and conditions that apply.

FREE COUPON ADVERTISING PROGRAM: Businesses are allowed to advertise one FREE coupon with EmailCouponClub.com. One change or update, per year, per coupon is permitted at no charge. Additional changes or updates to any coupon are billed at the rate of $10 (per change/update, per coupon).
Additional coupons are $95 per year, and also include one change or update per year. One category, per business, is included at no cost with our standard program. Businesses may be listed under additional categories for $60 per year. eBlueCoupons, LLC retains the right to refuse any business from participating in this program, for any reason and at any time. All businesses that participate in this FREE Coupon Advertising Program must subscribe (and remain subscribed) to our Email Newsletter List. This list is in place to allow us to communicate with all advertisers, for any reason, and at any time. ( See our email privacy policy.)
MONTHLY FEES AND OTHER RELATED COSTS FOR AN EMAIL COUPON CLUB OR OTHER PROGRAMS AND SERVICES THAT MAY BE PROVIDED (including WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT, (SEM) SEARCH ENGINE MARKETING, (SEO) SEARH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION and others): The fees billed to each Client / Customer varies depending upon a several factors and which program or service is being provided to the Client. Each Client / Customer is provided with an invoice that details the specific costs and what services, etc., are included. Additionally, links within an invoice or email may provide further information regarding costs, options, etc.

CHANGES TO ANY AND ALL POLICIES OR OPERATIONS MANAGED BY THE COMPANY: Any and all changes to offers made by the Company, Program Details, Prices Charged for Services, etc., FREE Offers, Trial Offers, Policy or Business Operational Changes, as well as any Terms and Conditions, are subject to change by the Company at anytime and at the sole discretion of the Company. No advance notice is required to be provided. But the Company will attempt to provide advance notice when ever possible, to all parties involved.

DETAILS FOR ANY PROGRAM AND/OR SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY: The specific details for any program or service that is offered and provided by the Company to each Client / Customer is explained and detailed for each Client / Customer in additional and specific documentation. Each Client / Customer must refer and agree to the additional and specific documentation, terms and conditions that are provided by the Company for each program or service that is provided in writing (which includes through email correspondence).

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES (if and as applicable): Any and all payments made for services are not refundable and not exchangeable under any circumstances. All sales and purchases are final, unless otherwise stated and agreed upon by all parties in writing. (If you have any questions prior to making a payment or agreeing to recurring and/or automatic billing, please contact us first.)

BILLING PERIODS: The billing periods, unless otherwise stated, begin on the first (1st) day of each month and ends on the last day of the month. Credit Card billing is automatically charged to the Client / Customer credit card on file, at any point within ten (10) days prior to the start of each monthly billing period, unless otherwise stated and agreed upon by all parties in writing.
Payments made by check, are required to be received by the Company no later than 30 days prior the start of each monthly billing period (due date), unless otherwise stated and agreed upon by all parties in writing. Late charges will apply if payments are received after the due date.

RECURRING BILLING (if and as applicable): Recurring billing will automatically renew each period (weekly, monthly, etc.) unless and until the Client / Customer (person responsible for the recurring billing amount) notifies eBlueCoupons, LLC in writing (postal mail or e-mail) to discontinue or modify their recurring billing. Any cancellation or change requests must be made and received by eBlueCoupons, LLC at least 14 days prior to the start of any new billing period. Any requests that are received with fewer than 14 days notice, will be processed in the following and subsequent billing period.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT - LATE FEES (if and as applicable): If the Client / Customer credit card is declined when any charges are made, the Client / Customer will be emailed a notice regarding the issue. The Client / Customer will then have 3 business days in which to update their credit card information so the total amount due may be charged. If the Client / Customer does not update their credit card information within the 3 business days, then a late fee of $35 (per 30 days) will be required in addition to the original amount owed for the additional processing efforts incurred by the Company. Any additional bank or other related fees that are incurred by the Company due to the late payment made by the Client / Customer will be added to the total amount due by the Client / Customer.

CHECK PAYMENT - LATE FEES (if and as applicable): If the Client / Customer check is declined for any reason upon being deposited, the Client / Customer will be emailed a notice regarding the issue. The Client / Customer will also be required to pay a $35 fee for processing and handling of the declined payment. Any additional bank or other related fees that are incurred by the Company due to the late payment made by the Client / Customer will be added to the total amount due by the Client / Customer.
The Client / Customer will then have 3 business days in which to correct the issue of the declined payment and/or provide payment by certified check or money order. If the Client / Customer does not correct the issue regarding the declined payment and/or provide payment by certified check or money order within the 3 business days, then an additional late fee of $35 (per 30 days) will be required in addition to the original amount owed for the additional processing efforts incurred by the Company.

CHANGES TO RECURRING BILLING AMOUNTS: Recurring billing charges will automatically be modified, updated, increased or decreased as needed, according to the services that are provided by eBlueCoupons, LLC for the Client / Customer. It is not necessary for the Client / Customer (person responsible for the recurring billing amount) to contact eBlueCoupons, LLC and approve or reject changes in recurring billing amounts, as long as the Client / Customer has signed (or completed an online agreement, or agreed to another form of written communication, including email correspondence) that indicated the fee schedule to be charged for any services provided.

MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The Company, eBlueCoupons, LLC and/or Gary M. Gordon, LLC, reserves the right, at any time and from time to time, for any reason in our sole discretion, to change our terms and conditions. We will post or display notices of material changes on the eBlueCoupons.com or GaryMGordon.com website and we may also contact you by mail or email about these changes. Once we post them on the website or provided notified by mail or email, these changes will become effective immediately and if you use the website after they become effective it will then, additionally, signify your agreement to be bound by the changes.

COMPLETE AGREEMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The Company, eBlueCoupons, LLC and/or Gary M. Gordon, LLC, and the Client / Customer agree that there are no other terms and conditions, or other agreements, that have been stated or agreed upon. Any revisions or modifications to these terms and conditions must be made in writing and agreed upon by all parties. These terms and conditions constitute the entire understanding of the parties, unless otherwise stated and agreed upon in writing.

LIABILITY: The Client / Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold the Company harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, ("Liabilities") asserted against the Company, its agents, its
customers, Licensees, servants officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by
the Client / Customer, its agents, employees or assigns. The Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company against Liabilities arising out of (i) any
injury to person or property caused by any products or services sold or otherwise distributed in connection with the Client / Company; (ii) any material supplied by the Client / Customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (iii)
copyright infringement and (iv) any defective product which the Client / Customer sold in connection with the Company in any manner.

EMAIL ADDRESSES: eBlueCoupons, LLC guarantees to protect all clients, customers, Email Coupon Club subscribers, etc. under the 100% Privacy Protection Policy of eBlueCoupons. Therefore, eBlueCoupons will not sell, rent, lease, or share any of the information collected by eBlueCoupons with any other companies, businesses, persons, etc. The information collected by eBlueCoupons will only be accessible by employees, staff and management of eBlueCoupons, LLC.
