Is there any type of satisfaction guarantee?
We offer a complete 30 day, 100% money back satisfaction guarantee, excluding any custom printed items such as business cards, etc.
For example, we have a set-up fee of $399 that is required. $99, of the $399 fee, is for the printing and shipping of custom business cards. Therefore, if a client signs up for our service and pays the $399, and then for any reason decides they would like to cancel the service (within the initial 30 days after a new client subscribes to our service) and requests a refund, we will immediately refund $300 (from the total amount of $399 that was paid). This refund will be provided, upon request, with no questions asked, after allowing us the opportunity to resolve any issue that the client may have, within no more than a 14 day period.
